Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 3 PM (EST) will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Available upon request. Please contact us for rates and availability.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you. You can monitor your order’s progress directly from the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to pet salons, resorts, and boutiques within the U.S. only.
  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Delays

Damages & Issues
